Amazing 3 month training program, interactive videos and plenty of resources to become a great recruiter. one-on-one mentorship, friendly Client Managers. Are lenient with the learning curve, only starting to look at your numbers after 6 months
Cons
Hired a lot of "newbies" (recruiters with under 3 years of experience) then let go most of them under the guise that they "just weren't getting results."
