A company plagued by nepotism. Henry Dougan is a great director but he handed the reigns over to his incompetent and inexperienced, ill-tempered son. Too many people receive preferential treatment due to having a father or uncle in management. Terrible wages and work life balance. Expect to be at the workshop for 6.30am to be at a job for 8am and back at 6pm or later before even getting home and receiving £25 for your troubles. Any complaints are quickly snuffed out and not taken seriously before being shown where the door is if you don't like it.
