      Pros

      Experience. Not much else I can think of. This is a terrible place to work. This place is a disaster waiting to happen. Multiple injuries per day.

      Cons

      High turnover, unsafe work environment. Management does not support safety at all. Company is in legal battles with the city. Do not recommend working here at all.
