      1. Gives many opportunities to learn and grow. 2. Have flexible working hours while working from home. 3. Colleagues are understanding and are available for support and guidance. 4. Fun activities are organized once in a while to keep the environment energetic.

      Less number of annual leaves. Only 16, and that too including sick leaves.

      I worked at JBi on a short-term contract and was welcomed straight into a team of talented, supportive professionals. Throughout my time there, I always felt included and involved, never treated as an outsider. JBi Digital has a genuinely positive working culture, and it was a real pleasure to contribute to exciting client work with cross-functional design delivery teams.
