Pros
Very successful paper company. The infrastructure for the fine paper side is set up beautifully. Warehouse-delivery all first rate.
Cons
Purchasing was very difficult to deal with. Always felt as though they were reacting instead of acting. Did not develop product systems or push for better costs.
