No boundary for responsibilities between different roles. Blame culture, high pressure, fast pace. Employees were not valued, hard work wasn't recognised or rewarded. Not a happy place to work or develop career. When they say fast moving, agile, reactive, they mean no planning, knee-jerk, last minute.com.
