Pros
There is lots of training and supervision. They answer when you call and ask questions. They pay for training. They give money to buy supplies. You get to know the owner and she is really nice and will take you out to eat to get to know you. That was really personal and i liked it a lot.
Cons
They will ask you to do trainings outside of working with the clients - sometimes this was hard but they don't force it.
