Pros
Home Office environment building is beautiful and mostly well maintained. Popular amenities are available (cafeteria, fitness facility, day care, doc-in-the-box, Walgreens pharmacy, mail room) and enjoyed by the associates. Covered parking (unless you're late to work) is great.
Cons
Historically, the company had core values, took care of the good associates and promoted those who earned promotions. Changes in administration removed the 'care of associates' and replaced the associates who had the knowledge, with younger, cheaper employees who have education but no actual knowledge. Not all managers have people-skills, which is a detriment to career coaching sessions (a.k.a. ' you need to look at job postings to see where you can move') and communication within the team. Unfortunate that the 'go-to' people were the first to 'go' and those remaining have no clue what they're doing.
