Normal cons that come with remote work - can't hug them in real life!

Team work days to help co-workers after disasters in homes or property, to help prepare for a fellow employee's wedding, to help with charitable projects.... the list goes on and on. True heart at JEB. - Great opportunities for growth and continued learning. The management team works hard to provide employees with any learning opportunity in the area that is relative to our industry as well as bringing in leaders to teach and train on a regular basis. - Located in Coeur d'Alene, ID. Pretty much the most beautiful place in America.

- I don't have any cons about working for JEB. To be fair, I had an incredible stable of clients that, while challenging, I kept for the majority of my time at the company and didn't have a lot of turnover. The one thing about working for any agency is that clients can change a lot and there are people that will consistently have to adjust to new clients, contacts, ways of doing things, etc. That is the one and only stress that I could point out if you are looking to work for ANY agency.
