Pay is decent for the work you do

Terrible management, they spend more time monitoring your work rather than assisting in issues then complain not enough work is being done, escalation points in the company are non existent and must be run through management since they refuse to document an official system to keep themselves relevant. Meetings are a waste of time and spend most days talking about rubbish just to waste time during the day then continue to complain about ticket times and time management. Training is lacking in terms of company processes since everyone does their own thing hence no clear indication of what needs to be done for a new employee. would not recommend working here.
