      Pros

      Effectively communicates to the associates in good times and in bad. We truly are a family, over the last 12 years I have grown exponentially and have this company to thank for it.

      Cons

      Very few, as a field associate we oftentimes feel like we're alone on a desert island. This is something that is getting better with more frequent meetings and visits to Deerfield.

      Everyone is really nice and helpful, Its a great learning opportunity.

      Cons

      Traffic is insane coming in. I live 30 mins away but it takes me an hour.

      Pros

      Mostly nice people, challenging work, on-site cafeteria and Starbucks.

      Cons

      Good luck becoming a full-time employee. They love hourly contractors with no PTO and horrible benefits.
