Pros

If you are a fresher you can a learn a lot in JMAN, get hands on training in many technologies. But use JMAN as a launching pad for your Career. Learn the technologies they are offering and gain experience quickly and leave as soon as possible. Don't even think of staying to long in this company. Because the "hands-on" training they are offering is a big trap for what its about to come next. They will literally take as much work as they can from you for a pathetic amount of salary. The freshers especially because they will keep quiet the entire time till they suck the work out of them. This is the only pro you can expect when you join in this company.

Cons

Work Culture: ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC. There is a cute little family there who are close to the CTO or people who working there for a long time. If you manage to impress them (by buttering or charming them) regardless of skill (There is a person still living there doing all those and will literally do nothing). You may have a better work culture in this company. You will get noticed in this company, you will get better increments, you will get respect and appreciation for even the work you do etc. But if you are a person who is looking for mature work relationships, who is skillful in their work and completing the task efficiently in the allotted work hours, who is looking for a better package, etc... Do yourself a favor and don’t even think of joining this company unless you don't have any other choice. They won't even give a goddamn respect for you even if you work for 18 hours a day. And you will get some pathetic feedback when you ask for a review about yourself. Work-Life Balance: SHHH.... TALKING ABOUT WORK-LIFE BALANCE IS A SIN IN THIS COMPANY. They will literally look at you surprisingly (as people looking at some kind of an alien who just invaded our planet) when you leave the office at the allotted work hours. Working for 12 hours a day is normal, working for 10 hours a day is okay but you may get some warnings or feedback that you are leaving early, but working for 8 hours a day (which is the allotted working hours) is totally not okay in this company and even if you did leave you may even get some harsh comments from your leads or your team. They won't even look at the efficiency of the work you do. You have to work extra hours or else you are doing the sin by leaving at 8 hours or the allotted work hours. It like an absolute business for them, they won't even look at the employee’s life, their future and their interest. If you work over work hours regardless of efficiency of the work and continue buttering the family I mentioned above, they will appreciate you for sure. If you don’t, they will criticize you in many different ways. Salary: POOR As I mentioned earlier, they will literally rob you by getting as much work as they can from you for a pathetic salary package. You won't even get yearly benefit with you leave the company. You are not even allowed to take break or lunch break in some situations and some people working there will even proudly say that "I didn't eat for whole day". Misc: They'll conduct some monthly org-meeting and talk some nonsense stories and praising about themselves and give some sarcastic comments about the employees. The sarcasm can be understood by even a two-year-old but the people who are working there will remain silent because if you speak some threatening can happen. The CTO will ask for some questions or comments at the end but the obvious will only happen when someone gives their voice. You will get a very poor employee benefit. Zero to poor. They won’t even offer you WFH during these pandemic situations. Even if an employee in the office gets COVID you should come to office. Because if they give you WFH means you will use that to attend interviews to join other companies. There is no COVID leave when you are affected by COVID. You have to take your own personal leaves or leave without pay. They will also build stories to criticize other company and praise their own.

Pros

Direct client experience. Fast-paced, intense learning environment.

Cons

The pace can be intense during peak delivery cycles, especially when balancing multiple client priorities - typical of consulting/ finance though.
