Pros
JMF is a fair place where you get credit for what you do. Deliver good work and expect to be rewarded. The company is growing so there are a lot of growth opportunities for the employees; expectations are high. Friendly atmosphere where employees are like family.
Cons
Day to day, it's a very busy environment; no day is the same. Have to be flexible and be a fast learner. No room for laziness. This is a positive but if you are lazy, it will not work.
