More training and clarity - Project Engineer JOHN MORIARTY AND ASSOCIATES Employee Review

Received minimal training, watched peers at other companies be developed where I felt like I had not changed. Drinking from a fire hose is a standard. JMA is very relaxed and does not really have "processes", this is fine until you're under the gun and relaxed turns into disorganized. Unclear hierarchy in projects. Not up to date on technological practices, felt very inefficient. Unlimited PTO is a joke when you get frowned upon for using it. Lack of diversity in projects.
