the welcome party for the new starts. pizza during training was nice of them to provide. also, i needed extra training and they provided it. The environment is so fun and relaxing. STRESS FREE IS THE WAY TO WORK! Every morning we have team meetings that just get everyone pumped. positive energy all around. i love it!

honestly, none. a stress free environment is all that i could have ever asked for and luckily i was able to obtain that.

The opportunity in this business is unlike anything I could have imagined. The fast paced training environment and the accelerated track to management is right up my ally. Where else can you come into a company entry level, unleash your true full potential and become in a leadership role in less than a month! The ability to start training and developing others while learning HR responsibilities so quickly is impossible anywhere else. I get to consult small businesses, train/develop others, recruit and provide opportunity to others, and manage a group of strong willed individuals! Were not treated as employees, were treated like business partners.

Turnover is equivalent to the retail / restaurant industry because this business is designed to weed out the weak. Only thing that holds qualified individuals back, is their lack of believing in them self. A lot of the time I believe in someone more than they do their self.
