Pros

Good senior engineers will guide you, can be consulted whenever they are free. 2 years max for fresh grad as you will learn, further from there your growth is slow.

Cons

1) During peak period, and they lack of project management team, they will ask those fresh people(1-2 years working experience) to take the role of project management. This is the worst as he is very indecisive, 2 face personaloty, produces rubbishes which you will have to do. 2)When you are officially not feeling well that day and inform project management team that you are unwell and might not turn up tomorrow, project management will force you to OT until you go on MC. 3) If you execute suggestions from management which eventually never work, they will point finger at you until you reach your downfall. 4) So many engineers around, they will glue you only to 1 client. So your exposure is very limited. 5) Salary increment cannot fight with current inflation.

Pros

Exposure to manufacturing and supply chain operations Some supportive coworkers and team members

Cons

Contractors were frequently treated differently from full time employees. Company events, holiday celebrations, prizes, and morale activities were openly communicated throughout email and the building, while contractors were told they were excluded from participation. There were also situations where meetings regarding bonuses and employee incentives took place onsite while contractors were asked to leave the area entirely. The separation between contractors and employees created an uncomfortable and discouraging environment despite contractors contributing significantly to daily operations. Training and communication could also be inconsistent, and long term growth opportunities for contractors lacked transparency mostly due to "budget".
