      1. Specialized in their field and there is alot to learn for freshers. 2. Flexible work timing. 3. Transport facility. 4. Accommodation. 5. Work culture is fine.

      Cons

      Worklife balance is somehow hectic. If you're working in Toxicology Department you'll have to come few times on weekends every month.
