The environment was dominated by a bully-boy attitude, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere for everyone. Whenever someone expressed dissatisfaction about the treatment or the work conditions, the response was often dismissive—people were told that if they didn’t like it, they could just leave. This attitude was especially prevalent among the supervisors, who regularly mocked and belittled their staff. The relentless bullying led to a significant toll on my mental health, and I found myself increasingly anxious and distressed. Eventually, it became unbearable, and I felt compelled to just walk out. The situation had taken a severe turn for the worse, leaving me feeling defeated and overwhelmed.
