This leader openly discusses their very low opinion of field staff calling them names, and diminishing their accomplishments and capabilities. The leader also gossips about why individuals were fired, such as spreading information about a person. It passing their drug test and what drug they tested positive for. Their staff goes through excessive turnover because of this individual who creates an unsafe and toxic workplace.
