- The company gives young people a chance. - A lot of opportunities to do senior roles that you may not get at bigger more established companies. - Free soft drinks

- Not a very exciting place to work. Very quiet and school-like atmosphere. - Not a lot of support when you do get into those senior roles. - Lack of processes as company is still growing and learning.
