Pros
Laid back company. The policies are pretty much flexible and there isn't any said corporate structure.
Cons
There are so many that I will only list the ones that come to the top of my mind. Starting with; you can never expect when you will receive the salary because it is always done around 15-16 of the next month, no variable pay even after promising approx 1 lakh (varies on performance), the upper management is so messed up that no one knows what to do, the CEO of the company focuses on wrong departments instead first they should go for a good HR guy who can hire quality employees and make sure all the salary payments are done on time, the work you do is nothing as said in the JD. There are just so many issues that I can't work here anymore
