Pros
Very empowering company that takes a genuine interest in their employees. Very team spirited with great access to all levels of management.
Cons
In my role there was constant travel often with very little notice. Expectations were somewhat vague. To a great extent I was left to my own devices - I suppose this is the downside of great empowerment!
