      - Challenging work - Dedicated workforce - Competitive wages - Good benefits (but declining)

      Cons

      - Jabil has lost its culture to management egos and tyrants - 16hr/6 day weeks is not enough to satisfy management - Executives are highly rewarded while senior and middle management get scraps - No sense of loyalty

      Get paid if there is or isn't anything to do.

      Cons

      Rampant Nepotism and Cronyism. Un-qualified people in leadership postitions that have no idea what they are doing. DEI at its finest; hiring people from other countries that dont have american values or work ethic but hey the company met thier quota. Leadership bragging about how much money in the millions you made the company and how great that is for the company yet you get paid peanuts.
