Pros
You are empowered to do as much as you want to do, no one will stop you. Open-door policy is real; access to leadership is abundant.
Cons
Still very much a man's world ... check out how many females are in leadership positions. Sexist jokes and behavior live on, unchallenged, at Jabil. And I mean at headquarters, not the plant. You WILL work all hours, all days, because this is a global company that never sleeps. Their mantra is 'work hard, play hard' ... and you WILL work hard. You'll get to 'play hard' at company parties (ie, get drunk) and they'll send you home in a company-paid taxi. When times get tough, they will lay off ... even if you have consistently high performance reviews. More than 400 laid off in September 2015, mostly women. Jabil used to be a good place to work; unfortunately they seem to be 'growing' into a corporation without a soul.
