Pros
Easy access to company resources, you can do anything you want, no supervision! Fremont is far from HQ (in St. Pete Florida) and local management is sleeping on the job.
Cons
Incompetent management, they are still run like a mom and pop shop, Former True Tech employees and their family members still work at Jabil Fremont. Lots of product quality and delivery issues, very stressful. Customer is pissed and we are loosing our magic source. Blame culture is rampant. No one takes responsibility for anything. No leaders. VPs are happy to collect their paychecks, no guidance or help to the team. Always quick to find their scape goats.
