Pros
Jabil is a GREAT company to work for. It is actually fun to come into work and face new and different challenges every day. It’s a good company for smart people, because there will always be someone around who exceedingly intelligent who can challenge your ideas. The style of management is also very Socratic. It’s a bit unnerving at first, but the idea is to drive you to be a better performer through challenging your ideas, finding holes, flaws. There is also still the old mantra of work hard, play hard. The long hours are effectively balanced by time when you need it - no one is going to give it to you, you just take it. And that's probably the best thing about Jabil, you really are given the opportunity to decide your own destiny: perform and have freedom or hang yourself with the long rope your given.
Cons
As someone else said, Jabil is not for the faint of heart. It is hard work, really hard work! Long hours abound, especially for people in global positions where your teams are scattered across the globe. Also, there is a bit of the old boys club, but not the traditional sense, its the group that had been around the company for 15-20+ years is definitely close-knit. It's pretty much impossible to break into this group, and its also where a lot of key decissions are made.
