      Get to work with many advanced and different technologies and smart people. Free beer on every Friday and free bagels & donuts on every other Friday.

      Cons

      Management and politics. Need to get their act together to keep valuable people.

      Get paid if there is or isn't anything to do.

      Cons

      Rampant Nepotism and Cronyism. Un-qualified people in leadership postitions that have no idea what they are doing. DEI at its finest; hiring people from other countries that dont have american values or work ethic but hey the company met thier quota. Leadership bragging about how much money in the millions you made the company and how great that is for the company yet you get paid peanuts.
