      Pros

      Working for a Danish company there is a good focus on work life balance and treating employees right.

      Cons

      They replace a decent salary with free product, parties, etc. Leadership is also a mess without a clear vision of the regions. Poor family leave benefits as well - the bare minimum.

      Great pay, great environment, management mostly on point, bottom-up atmosphere

      Occasional mismanagement that then falls upon the customer service reps to pick up the slack.
