A company that hasn't found its way. - Retail Account Manager Jack Link's Protein Snacks Employee Review

Pros

Privately owned and seemed to be, from the outside, employee driven. Leader in its industry and a great advertising campaign, although in need of new imagination.

Cons

This company seems to be trying to find its way. Recently laid off their entire national retail sales team in a 1:30 conference call. That's one and a half minutes, not an hour and a half. Also, they are late to the market with promotions and competition is on their heels. Complacency seems to be common. Poor 401k program. Little match.

Pros

So far, my experience working here has been wonderful. Coworkers are friendly, and the leadership has the workers interests at the front of their minds. Plus, you get jerky!

Cons

No cons as of now.

Pros

Great place to work with strong business growth, collaborative teams, and opportunities to work on modern technologies across data, analytics, AI, and enterprise platforms. The company encourages innovation and gives employees the ability to make a real impact on the business. Leadership is supportive, teams are approachable, and there is strong cross-functional collaboration between IT and business groups. It’s exciting to be part of an organization that is continuing to evolve its digital and analytics capabilities while maintaining a strong culture and values. Pros: • Collaborative and supportive culture • Opportunities to work on modern technologies and large-scale initiatives • Strong business visibility and impact

Cons

Like any growing organization, priorities can shift quickly, but it also creates opportunities to learn and adapt.
