Good place to work. Good equipment, i like my truck and it has an apu. Dispatch is good, i had a few dispatchers they are all solid but i have chad now hes the best. He gets me a ton of miles always has a load for me

same as anywhere. need more space in the yard it gets tight sometimes. some of the old trailers are beat up but they get stuff fixed

I’ve been driving for a while and Jacko Logistics is one of the few companies that actually treats drivers like professionals. The equipment is well maintained, loads are consistent, and dispatch does a solid job keeping you moving without a bunch of unnecessary headaches. Communication is way better than most places I’ve been. If something comes up, you can actually get ahold of someone and they work with you instead of against you. Pay is competitive and I’ve never had issues getting paid correctly or on time. What really stands out is the culture. You don’t feel like just another truck number here, they know who you are and they respect your time on the road.

Like any trucking job, there can be long days depending on freight and timing, but that’s just part of the industry.
