Pros
-There was some flexibility in schedule. -It's decent pay for someone's first job. -Other employees at same level can be fun to work with.
Cons
-Don't expect anything more than a small yearly raise (limited to first 5 years). -Don't expect to get promoted if you go above and beyond. -Management does not let employees utilize newer technologies. -Management has full control on your future regardless of your ideal path. -Management will not respond to requests unless urgent, will cost them money, or they just happen to have time. -Don't expect to get work done if it requires any level of management interact within a reasonable timeframe. -Management seems to completely forget about the current employees when hiring new employees.
