Great place to feel helpful to the community, coworkers are incredible

Not much to say for cons!

Work/life balance was great. All branches are easy to get to.

Not all staff have the same opportunities. Favoritism is very apparent. Strong resistence to change. Training required on leadership skills, but no implementation on skills. Procedures not documented.
