Thank you for your feedback, it's important to us. While we don't know the details behind your experience, in healthcare recruitment, performance matters—and when someone’s falling behind, support from managers can sometimes feel like micromanagement. It’s a fast-paced, demanding field that isn’t for everyone. But for those who thrive, the uncapped earning potential, autonomy, and flexibility can be incredibly rewarding. At Jackson Therapy Partners, we’re committed to a culture built on trust, transparency, and personal responsibility—where people feel supported, challenged, and valued. While we've taken your feedback to heart, we do hope that you've found a position that is the perfect fit for you.

Thanks so much for the great review! We’re glad to hear you’ve had a positive experience with your recruiter, pay, and the overall company. That’s exactly what we love to hear! And no cons? We’ll take that as a win—but we’ll keep working hard to make sure it stays that way. Thanks again for the 5 stars!

Pros

WFH is good. Got along with with my team and turned out good work in a timely fashion.

Cons

The team manager (executive level) was a total micro-manager who told me more than once that he "did not micro-manage" his employees. I know for a fact I was the 3rd person in my role to quit, while the two others were fired. The team was under the gun the whole time I was there, scrambling to solutions. That pressure, combined with previous problems with people in my role probably contributed to the manager's total lack of trust in me.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, and for the work you contributed during your time with us. We're glad to hear the remote setup worked well for you and that you had a strong relationship with your team and delivered quality work. We take feedback about management and communication seriously. As a hybrid, remote-first team operating in a fast-paced staffing environment, real-time communication, to include calls and messages from leadership and teammates, is a core part of how we stay aligned and responsive. In a remote setting that accessibility stands in for the in-person availability we'd have in an office, and it's especially important during the high-volume high-priority projects that our contract roles are specifically brought in to support. Our team runs on real-time communication during business hours. Calls, messages, and quick check-ins are just how we work, especially during our busiest projects. Contractors are expected to plug into that rhythm, and we're clear about that from the start. It's not the right fit for everyone and that's okay but it's how we operate and it's what lets us deliver for our clients and clinicians. We wish you the best in your next role.
