Culty, strict management on the weirdest things. They don’t really care if you are sick and will use it against you. Guilt trippy. Mean management, I’ve seen multiple people cry due to poor management. Awful scheduling and hours except for summer. Every general manager has worked there since high school and stayed there since, majority of them give the vibe they have never been told no in their life.
