Pros
Jancyn provides mystery shop feedback to industries with customer facing employees. I especially like that I and our core management team can work remotely as long as we have Internet access. Our Schedulers, Editors and QA team are spread across the country making us a diverse group of professionals. Shoppers are independent subcontractors and sometimes review us as if they were employees. They are free to pick and chose assignments that fit their skills, location and interest level. Although not employees, Jancyn thinks highly of shoppers and values their service.
Cons
Being so spread out we must consider time zones and schedules when communicating.
