What stands out to me in your review is how you mention our product "meaningfully impacts healthcare providers in a positive way." That's purpose, plain and simple, and I don't think people talk about how intrinsically motivating that actually is until they've felt it. It's so cool to hear from clinic owners how Jane gave them their evenings back or has helped them dedicate more time to patient care. It's the difference between doing good work and feeling like the work matters. You clearly feel that, and as someone writing code that practitioners actually rely on every day, you're closer to that loop than most of us.
So thanks, genuinely, for being part of building Jane and making it a little better for the people using it every day.
