Pros

Janek is growing so there are opportunities that might not immediately exist, but we see new roles evolving every day. They provide regular communication, listen to and consider new ideas. Everyone has a voice. They understand work life balance. The culture is conductive to creating friends and mentor with lots of opportunity to get involved.

Cons

No company is perfect. While we continue to grow, there are new process that have to be implemented and this can cause retraining. It's important to remember that with growth comes change, but it you continue to focus on the future, you will come out better on the other side with full support from coworkers and leadership.

Cons

Current economic client continues to be challenging but confident Janek has the offerings to excel and show value even in these times.

Pros

A great, collaborative culture in which everyone is happy to help their colleagues. The executive team is both driven to succeed and also nice, normal people who care about the well-being of their employees. The value that our client services team, including our facilitators, delivers to our clients is measurably excellent.

Cons

The sales training industry sometimes moves at light-speed, and things can feel overwhelming at times. However, I ALWAYS feel supported by my colleagues and the leadership team here at Janek. It can be hard to feel connected in an almost-completely remote organization. Janek's executive team helps mitigate this with in-person all-company kickoff events that I feel helped me and my colleagues make the transition from coworkers to friends.
