      Pros

      When I was there , we carefully followed the J&J CREDO. The company was a leader in equal opportunity and also work and family issues.

      Cons

      Many levels of management. SOme people promoted for political reasons.

      Pros

      They still offer a pension if you can stand it for five years

      Cons

      Pay is low. They changed directions frequently. Transferring within the company is almost impossible. Unless your division is laid off... then they will transfer you to avoid paying you severance.
