      the package was ok.

      Cons

      The company culture is very bad: they drilled each other for each purposes. The senior management are very dictatorial, they don't wanted to listen (even listen) new ideas, not open for new inovative ideas. Every change is bad for them.

      They still offer a pension if you can stand it for five years

      Cons

      Pay is low. They changed directions frequently. Transferring within the company is almost impossible. Unless your division is laid off... then they will transfer you to avoid paying you severance.
