There are not a lot of cons this is truly a great company with great people all you the only con I would say is their methodology when it comes to increasing the pay scale for their employees. Oftentimes individuals are forced to leave the company for a higher base salary only to come back later on for the equal side they're hired to leave for her this is unfortunate I think they lose a lot of really good talent this way.
