      International environment; scientifically, technically top. Good place for personal and scientific development, can only recommand it to all young scientist who aim to persue and industrial career

      Cons

      Overregulation due to GMP environment, consisting of uninteresting administration work which is ineffective and time consuming. Communication between different departments could be improved
