      Colleagues are easily reachable and willing to help or teach. Many advantages belonging to a big pharmaceutical company.

      Cons

      Fix or long term positions are rare - first you can get a temporary position (12 months) which can be renewed three time.

      Pros

      They still offer a pension if you can stand it for five years

      Cons

      Pay is low. They changed directions frequently. Transferring within the company is almost impossible. Unless your division is laid off... then they will transfer you to avoid paying you severance.
