      Pros

      *FANTASTIC people. Some the coolest people I've ever worked with. Super supportive group and feels like everyone has each other's backs. * It's a very collaborative space with everyone's input heard. No one feels silo'd off and in their own world. * Very transparent. Never worked in a place that was so open to even the lowest roles just chatting with upper mgmt about concerns / ideas. * Pretty good work/life balance. Encouraged to take PTO and time to recharge, Which means not a lot of burn out and just better overall vibe in my opinion.

      Cons

      * It's an early startup. You know what you're signing up for. Be prepared for higher expectations, hustle, and the infrequent late call.

      Pros

      We provide ethical financing, which makes me feel good about what I do on a daily basis. Why? Because we create opportunities that small business owners didn't even know they had.

      Communication as we scale needs to be evolved often, but it is constantly being worked on
