Pros
Jasper is a company with a focused, passionate leader who had a vision before anyone knew what IoT was. That vision has been translated into industry-leading products that are changing the way we work and live. It is a place where each employee is expected to bring their A-game, and everyone works together in a collegial atmosphere to drive results. As another poster said, results matter- we are much too lean to have people who don't carry their weight. There are very nice perks such as free food, good benefits for a company this size, company events and a newly remodeled building. People seem to enjoy what they are doing and are very focused on building a great company. As with any company, there are peaks and valleys in terms of the level of intensity. It is a place to do great work, make a contribution and work with a great team. Overall a very balanced place to work.
Cons
This isn't one of those companies with "free everything" and a social-hub atmosphere. So, as one poster said, if that is what you are looking for this probably isn't the right place for you. If you want to come to a place that is changing the world, where people enjoy their work, you will be very happy here.
