Pros
Management on night shift takes up for employees and tries to keep everyone in a healthy work environment Have your own bubble for the most part to work within without being micromanaged the entire day as long as you aren't slacking off and actually work
Cons
Pay for the area isn't bad, but overall isn't good for the field Day shift can bleed drama over into the night shift due to scapegoating their problems onto night shift to cover for their mistakes and shortcomings
