-Competitive pay and although I have had 5 managers in my 4 years, each one has been exceptional

-It is a complex business model that is very exciting to be a part of
Cons
-There has historically been a divide between site operations and corporate teams, although communication has improved over time. Some site-based staff feel their perspectives are not always fully heard; however, many corporate team members have direct site operations experience and understand the realities of the work. The organization maintains opportunities for employees to raise concerns and provide input, but engagement with those channels can be inconsistent. There is a strong focus on accountability and high standards, which may not align with every employee’s expectations.
-While many people are collaborative and mission-driven, there are times when a small number of disengaged employees create an unproductive tone, and clearer expectations around professionalism, accountability, and respectful communication would be beneficial
-Some employees appear checked out and may be quick to blame ‘corporate’ rather than use available channels to raise concerns constructively
