      Pros

      For a small/medium sized biopharmaceutical company, Jecho strictly follows the FDA standards. The company provides excellent training on Standard Operating Procedure and Good Manufacturing Practice, which makes it a great place for new comers in the biomedical fields. The working atmosphere is harmonious, and the company cares about its employees.

      Pros

      Everything but salary: the directors are super intelligent, the managers are helpful and friend-like, the co-workers are friendly. The projects are wild spread in the field of pharma. If you want to gain experiences in pharma, I would definitely recommend Jecho.
