      Jefferies is one of the only remaining full service investment bank that has a powerful culture and a mission statement employees truly believe in. In an industry where compensation is similar wherever you go, culture, ownership and pride in your firm is the difference maker for employees and ones clients.

      Cons

      It is currently a cyclically challenged business.

      Supportive firm-wide culture; competitive pay; surrounded by some of the smartest people you'll ever meet.

      Cons

      Like most banking jobs, incredibly long hours. Group specific: culture can be poor / not well supported, poor organization / staffing at group level.
