      Flat organizational structure, easy access to senior management, lots of client exposure, growing firm with tons of opportunity, exciting place to be since we are moving up market

      Cons

      Always trying to compete with the bulge bracket, which is tough especially on balance sheet. Many senior bankers are not open to change.
