      People are the best. Culture is amazing to work! I have had nothing but pleasant experiences there. Managers are supportive and you are valued

      No cons friankly. I have had nothing but good experiences at this firm. Unfortunately I had to leave due to personal reasons

      Supportive firm-wide culture; competitive pay; surrounded by some of the smartest people you'll ever meet.

      Cons

      Like most banking jobs, incredibly long hours. Group specific: culture can be poor / not well supported, poor organization / staffing at group level.
